At Lilly's Cleaning Cape Cod, we are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand behind the quality of our work.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will:

  • Listen to your concerns carefully
  • Return to address any missed areas or issues at no additional charge
  • Work with you to ensure your satisfaction

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

Service Not Provided

If we are unable to complete scheduled service due to circumstances within our control, you will receive a full refund of any prepayment.

Significant Service Issues

If we cannot resolve your concerns through re-service, we may issue a partial or full refund depending on the specific circumstances.

  2. Describe your concerns in detail
  3. We will schedule a return visit to address issues, or discuss refund options if re-service is not appropriate
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Subjective preferences about cleaning methods (when industry-standard methods were used)
  • Issues not reported within 24 hours of service
  • Damage or issues pre-existing before our service
  • Circumstances beyond our control (weather, property access issues, etc.)
  • Services already rendered and accepted as satisfactory

Prepaid Services

If you have prepaid for multiple services and wish to cancel:

  • Services not yet rendered may be refunded
  • Completed services are non-refundable but may be credited toward future service
  • Refunds for prepaid packages will be prorated based on completed services at standard rates

Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve all issues through direct communication. If you have concerns:

  1. Contact us immediately to discuss the issue
  2. Allow us the opportunity to address your concerns through re-service or other resolution
  3. If needed, we can escalate to management for review

Payment Method Refunds

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Cash/Check Payments: Refunds issued by check or future service credit
